30-DAY RETURNS POLICY FOR ALL PRODUCTS
IMPORTANT: PLEASE KEEP YOUR ORIGINAL PACKAGING FOR AT LEAST 30 DAYS
In the unlikely event that you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may choose to return your order within 30 days of the delivery date. The items must be returned in their entirety, undamaged, and in the original packaging, including the user manual and power adaptor, and must be in NEW condition (including but not limited to scratches or tears). Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment, or you have the option to choose store credit.
You will be responsible for paying all postage costs, and we recommend that you obtain proof of postage.
Please note the 30-day return option only applies to purchases made through NuActive UK website (nuactive.co.uk) and not from other sellers of NuActive products. No returns will be accepted without prior written authorisation from NuActive UK. Any goods returned in non-original packaging will not be accepted. On inspection, if any parts are noted as damaged or not in an "as new" condition, the customer may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Customers should retain the original packaging material for at least 30 days. DO NOT WRITE ON THE PACKAGING. Please note, NuActive UK will not accept goods returned in non-original packaging.
Please note any customer refusing to accept delivery of their order for any reason other than the product being damaged in transit will be subject to paying the return carriage cost incurred by NuActive UK.
